Job summary

Dr Reddy's Laboratories Limited is seeking an HR Operations Partner on a fixed-term contract until December 2027 to join our small, supportive HR team in the UK. The role combines payroll administration with hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle for ~90 employees.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for staff and managers, ensuring payroll and HR processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll processing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
• Professional and approachable communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Competent user of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll for ~90 employees.
• Prepare payroll inputs for starters, leavers, and changes.
• Review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Administer pension auto-enrolment and related data.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
• Ensure HMRC compliance and respond to payroll queries.
• Assist with annual salary reviews and benefits renewals.
• Support HR processes across onboarding, absence, and entitlements.
• Assist relocation and visa support for international employees.
• Provide HR guidance and training to managers on processes and compliance.
