Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd in the UK is seeking an HR Operations Partner on a fixed-term contract until December 2027 to manage payroll for ~90 employees and provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

You will work with the HR team and stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing, data integrity, compliance with UK employment law, and a positive employee experience, including international relocation and benefits administration.

Qualifikationen

• Payroll processing experience and accuracy in handling data.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, clear communication and discretion with sensitive information.
• Experience with HR systems and payroll-related processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll for ~90 employees.
• Support HR activities across the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, changes).
• Assist with recruitment advertising and interview coordination.
• Support international employees relocating from India, including visa letters and NI applications.
• Maintain and audit HR records and data in HR systems.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and respond to queries.
• Assist with annual salary reviews and benefits renewals.
