Job Description:

Job information HR Operations Lead from the Company Southend East Community Academy Trust. This HR Operations Lead vacancy is located in Southend on Sea SS LL, United Kingdom. Job Responsibilities:

  2. Lead and manage the HR team, providing proactive HR services to approximately 500 staff members supporting over 3,500 pupils.
  3. Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
  4. Advise and coach school leaders, managers, and the Senior Leadership Team on workforce relations, communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
  5. Maintain strong knowledge of UK employment law, safeguarding procedures, and safer recruitment.
  6. Develop and implement HR projects and initiatives to improve workforce development and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Chartered Member of CIPD or working towards it.
  • Experience in HR, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong business acumen and contribution to organizational success.
  • Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Resilience and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Job Details:
  • Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary: £51,802.00-£58,101.00 per year
  • Benefits include: pension, cycle to work scheme, food discounts, employee mentoring, enhanced parental leave, health & wellbeing programs, on-site parking, sick pay.
