Job description

I have a 12-month contract for an experienced HR Operations Manager to help lead a successful HR Operations team. The role will manage HR Operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional HR service as a global centre of excellence. This will include People Operations, HR Systems Management, process improvement, and ensuring efficiencies and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
  1. You will have excellent leadership skills to manage and develop a team of People Operations professionals and implement best practices support across the business.
  2. Ensure systems, processes, and documentation are fit for purpose and agile to meet the needs of the business.
  3. Develop and upskill the People Operations team.
  4. Manage key stakeholders across the business, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and the Senior Leadership Team.
  5. Oversee HR's responsibilities in ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as SMCR and immigration.
Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience working within a global HR Services role/HR Operations, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies with good knowledge of employment law, industry regulations (SMCR), and immigration compliance.
  • Pragmatic and commercial approach to HR processes with the ability to adapt and enhance processes to improve employee experience.
  • Strong data analytics and insights experience, with the ability to utilise data to improve HR services.
  • High-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate plans, projects, and initiatives.
  • Ability to work at pace and multitask effectively on multiple projects.
