About the role:
You will be the primary lead for HR operational activities and processes, monitoring and acting on service delivery issues to ensure consistent output across the HR Service. You will allocate work across the HR Coordinator team, managing peaks in activity and staff absences. Additionally, you will ensure processes are fit for purpose, align with best practices and legislative requirements, and are followed by the team. You will also serve as the primary HR lead for HR governance and compliance related to UK Visa and Immigration, DBS, and other specialized HR areas as needed.
Qualifications required include a degree or relevant Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPD at degree level). Significant HR experience in an HR operations management role, working with managers and staff at all levels, extensive use and development of HR Information Systems and e-Recruitment, and a proven track record in HR Operations management are essential. Experience with UK Visa and Immigration compliance is also crucial.
