Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to join the Group Functions HR team in Crawley. You will support the employee lifecycle, manage HR processes, and help deliver HR projects while maintaining data integrity in Workday.

You will work across generalist HR and data activities, with opportunities to pursue a Level 3 CIPD apprenticeship and contribute to engagement initiatives and annual review cycles.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail.
• Experience with IT systems, Google Suite preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to a diverse client group.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, records, performance and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll instructions and ensure timely submission for monthly runs with SOX controls.
• Advise on absence management including maternity, paternity and long/short term absences.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday and ensure data confidentiality.
• Provide first-line day-to-day HR guidance to line managers and colleagues.
