Job summary

Diamond Blaque HR Solutions seeks an organised HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team. You will manage accurate employee records, HR data, and reporting, helping maintain reliable systems and processes across the employee lifecycle.

This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, supporting data-driven decisions and service delivery. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with HRIS/ATS, and a CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administrative, workforce information or similar support role.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and employee record administration.
• Ability to extract data from systems and compile statistics for reports and KPIs.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies across the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Good written and verbal communication and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records, workforce data and HR system information.
• Check, update and reconcile workforce data and escalate discrepancies.
• Support HR reporting, statutory returns, equality reporting and MI by preparing accurate data.
• Coordinate learning and development administration, including training records and compliance tracking.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, organisational change and employee queries.
