Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment is seeking a proactive HR Advisor for its People team at Heathrow on a fixed term contract. You will provide a broad HR service including employee relations, succession planning, and organisational design, with involvement in various projects.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years’ advisory experience, strong generalist HR skills, and exposure to employee relations. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office, flexible hours, and a salary of £42k–£45k plus bonus and

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience working at HR Advisor level.
• Experience handling employee relations independently.
• Knowledge of employment law and GDPR.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, delivery-focused and collaborative.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Driven for continuous personal development.
• Ideally CIPD Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners in identifying people strategies and objectives.
• Advise on operational HR issues for employees and managers.
• Support ER-related meetings as note-taker and advisor.
• Help managers with tools to optimise performance and facilitate interventions.
• Interpret people data to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Support engagement initiatives and employee forums.
• Pursue professional development through internal/external networks.
• Drive delivery of key people projects at department and corporate levels.
• Monitor legal/regulatory changes and help develop compliant people policies.
• Support bi-annual performance management and pay/bonus processes.
