Seloxium Ltd. is a dynamic Oxford-based spin-out focusing on sustainable metal recovery. We are seeking an HR Coordinator who will support the HR department across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, with a focus on data integrity and privacy.

Based at Arc Oxford, OX4 2HN, the role offers flexible hours and a chance to contribute to a fast-paced startup environment in the science space. We value careful administration, team collaboration and proactive process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with discretion handling sensitive information.
• Experience using HR information systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to manage onboarding, leaver processes and contracts with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Oversee employee preboarding, onboarding and offboarding logistics, including Right to Work checks and induction schedules.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy, track leave entitlements and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Assist payroll variations and benefit administration for staff as required.
• Coordinate safety training records and plan company-wide training events.
• Support HR Manager and team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
