Dignus Group is seeking a detail-focused HR Onboarding Administrator to support our Central Support team in Walsall. The role focuses on smooth onboarding, ensuring checks and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
You will collaborate with Recruitment, HR, Payroll, IT and operations to prepare new starters for their first day and ensure a positive onboarding experience. 20 hours per week, Mon-Fri.

Dignus Group is looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused HR Onboarding Administrator to join our Central Support team.

The role will have a strong focus on new starter onboarding, ensuring all pre-employment checks, compliance requirements, documentation and system updates are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with our Recruitment, HR, Payroll, IT and operational teams to ensure new starters are fully prepared to begin their employment with Dignus.
