Southdown is seeking a People Services Administrator to join its HR team in Sussex. You will support recruitment, onboarding, absence management, training and employee relations across the lifecycle, while handling sensitive information with discretion.
The role is 37 hours per week, hybrid with two days in Lewes office; day-to-day duties include processing HR requests, maintaining records and assisting with a new HR ticketing system to improve service delivery.

As an HR Administrator (known internally as a People Services Administrator), you'll join our People Services team, providing high‑quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This includes recruitment and onboarding, absence management, training, employee relations and offboarding.
You'll be a key point of support for colleagues and managers, helping to ensure our People processes are accurate, responsive and run smoothly. You'll need to be organised, comfortable managing a varied workload and confident working with detailed and confidential information.

This is a 37 hours per week role, working Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, and Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of two days each week in our Lewes office.
