Job summary

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in Leatherhead is seeking two HR Officers (Band 4) to join the Flexi-Bank Recruitment Team on a 6-month basis. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment processing, supporting managers and ensuring timely onboarding for NHS staff.

The post operates 9am-5pm with flexible working considered to meet service needs. Training and development support, with access to ESR and TRAC systems, and a commitment to fair and compliant recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or HR administration.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of ESR and TRAC systems.
• Understanding of payroll and recruitment timelines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment processing from manager contact to posting vacancies.
• Ensure recruitment documents meet branding requirements.
• Validate interview panel scores for fair and equitable selection.
• Support NHS mandatory pre-employment checks with Recruitment Administrators.
• Investigate information on applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure ESR data is entered correctly and meets payroll deadlines.

Education

A Level or CIPD Level 3 with 1 year HR experience or 3 years HR experience
