Job summary

Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Part-time Administrator (Band 3) for the Flexi Bank. The role supports a Community Mental Health Recovery Service, handling front-desk duties, typing, and general admin tasks.

Training and guidance are provided by the Temporary Staffing Team, with a focus on flexible shifts and timely pay. Based at Horizon House, Epsom, the post operates Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00, offering part-time hours and a supportive NHS environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or RSA Level 3 or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in an office environment; NHS experience preferred.
• Experience with SystmOne and the Trust’s systems (Rio/Swift).

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and office administrative duties for a multi-disciplinary service.
• Greet clients; answer calls and route inquiries.
• Maintain filing systems and coordinate meetings and room bookings.
