Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford is seeking a HR Advisor (Grade 5) on a fixed-term basis for 12 months to support the Business Partner Team. To support the Business Partner Team in the provision of a specialised, responsiveand consistent HR service to triumvirate and corporate divisions. The HR BusinessPartner Team supports managers on a range of employee relations matters, termsand conditions of service and related workforce initiatives through a Business Partner model. The HR Advisor is the first point of contact for staff/managers.
The HR Advisor is expected to work within Trust policies/procedures andemployment law under supervision, but at times autonomously, using professionaljudgement and knowledge; taking advice from senior colleagues as required.
