We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Professional to contribute to delivering an efficient and effective HR service across NHS Tayside.
The posts will be based at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee, or Perth Royal Infirmary. You may be required to work at various locations throughout NHS Tayside.
This role involves providing a responsive, professional, high-quality, customer-focused Human Resource service to managers and staff across NHS Tayside. You should have a proactive approach, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent organisational abilities.
Ideally, you will be educated to degree level, a Graduate member of the CIPD, or working towards this qualification. Practical experience in a general HR role or equivalent is also desirable.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
