  • Experience in HR at an Advisory or Officer level
  • Experience of providing managers and staff with pragmatic, clear, and concise advice
  • A strong background in human resources best practice including Recruitment, Wellbeing, Engagement, Reward, Relations, Organisation Design & Development
  • Level 5 CIPD or working towards a higher level
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal, prioritisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • The ability to work with confidential information
