Location: Gorleston-on-Sea and Bradwell, Norfolk
Salary: Band G, points 18 - 22 - £30,559 - £32,654
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About You
As the HR Officer you will be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. You will be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and have a solid understanding of HR processes and policies. Additionally, you are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Our ideal candidate would:
- Be experienced in working in a busy HR Department
- Have knowledge of HR policies and processes, including file management and absence
- Have a professional demeanour and a regard for discretion and confidentiality.

The Human Resources Team at Creative Education Trust is dedicated to providing professional, pragmatic, and solutions-focused support to our schools on all people-related matters. Our team is responsible for delivering the People Strategy, which aims to make each of our academies a great place to work and to position Creative Education Trust as an employer of choice for both teaching and non-teaching professionals.
