Job summary

FCDO Services, based near Milton Keynes and Hanslope Park, is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to maintain our HR platforms and ensure data accuracy.

You will generate regular Management Information reports, support payroll-related processes including the annual pay award, and help improve our systems with IT and HR teams. Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite and experience with a cloud-based ERP in HR are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse, interrogate and evaluate HR data.
• Experience creating management information reports.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Experience maintaining a Cloud ERP system in HR context.
• Ability to write work processes and handle pay casework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of HR systems and ensure data is accurate and current.
• Produce regular ad hoc Management Information reports and populate Civil Service data returns and dashboards.
• Highlight changes, patterns or trends and contribute to system and service improvements.
• Manage monthly pay-related processes including queries, payroll reconciliation and payments approval.
• Support reward projects including the annual pay award and audit; respond to enquiries and liaise across teams.
