A recruitment specialist in the Northwest seeks an HR Manager in Manchester. This role focuses on driving people strategy and fostering an inclusive culture. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hospitality sector. Responsibilities include talent development, employee engagement, and community relationships. This position offers a salary of up to £42k plus benefits, with a flexible working model of four days on-site and one day remote.

Formación

• At least 2 years’ related experience in Human Resources Management.
• Experience within the Hospitality sector is preferred.
• College courses in Human Resources, Employment Law, or related field preferred but not essential.
