Job summary

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an HR Manager to join the HR Business Partner team. The role focuses on delivering expert employee relations advice to managers and senior leaders within a complex, unionised NHS environment.

You will lead a small team of HR officers, support service changes, ensure policy interpretation and training, and help drive staff engagement, equality, diversity and inclusion throughout the Trust.

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience in a complex unionised environment.
• Degree level education or equivalent and CIPD Level 7 qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice to managers and senior leaders on HR and people matters.
• Lead on complex and sensitive casework and absence management.
• Support Clinical Service Units on change management and service development initiatives.
