Job summary

Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a PMO Lead for Flexible Workforce to drive transformation across the Trust. The role requires proven PMO leadership, programme management, and change-management capabilities to deliver measurable benefits and improved patient outcomes.

You will support the Head of Service for Flexible Workforce, mentor teams, and ensure the delivery of governance, training, and assurance across multiple CSUs and directorates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading PMO provision in an organisation.
• Experience running programmes, projects and services.
• Evidence of measuring impact of your programmes and projects.
• Experience of influencing multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Experience working in healthcare or similar sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance of a uniform PMO process aligned with best practice.
• Develop and deliver training for key managers across the Trust to enable PMO delivery.
• Provide day-to-day programme management for programmes within the portfolio.
• Plan, govern, deliver and realise benefits across improvement projects.
• Engage with stakeholders, manage budgets, and produce reports for reviews.
