Job summary

The Human Resources Manager will report to the Director of People and form an integral part of the Central Team, leading the day‑to‑day operational delivery of the HR function as part of the wider People Team. They will have line management responsibility for HR Assistants and provide high‑quality senior operational HR support across the Trust.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent professional HR qualification.
• Substantial senior HR experience (HR Manager/HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advisor).
• Proven experience in complex employee relations and TUPE processes.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and safeguarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational delivery of the HR function within the Central Team.
• Provide high‑quality senior operational HR support across the Trust.
• Lead complex employee relations, organisational change and TUPE processes.
• Oversee absence, recruitment, workforce planning and HR policy implementation.
