Derbyshire Community Health Services NHS Foundation Trust in Chesterfield seeks an experienced HR Manager to support the HR Advisory Service, guiding workflow, processes and complex employee relations matters. Working with leaders across the Trust, the role provides expert HR advice on a range of concerns and complex cases, contributing to policy development and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in a HR Advisory role including supporting and advising on a wide range of employment issues e.g. disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and bullying and harassment and broad range of complexity and sensitivity
• Experience of working independently at a senior level, advising on a wide range of highly complex employee relations matters without supervision
• Demonstrable ability to identify a range of options, associated risks and barriers in relation to a range of employee relations scenarios
• Ability to motivate and provide support to team members including counselling and mentoring where required
• Management of staff
