GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead people strategies at our Shared User site in West Hallam. Reporting to the HR Business Partner and partnering with the Site General Manager, you’ll shape and deliver the people agenda to support business objectives and foster a thriving workplace.

This full-time role requires pace, stakeholder influence and delivery of practical HR solutions that drive engagement, change management and organisational effectiveness across the site.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification with experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Strong employment law knowledge with a practical, commercially focused HR approach.
• Experience driving change, culture development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills with confidence to influence.

Responsibilities

• Partner site leadership to develop and deliver the people strategy, driving engagement and performance.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, disciplinary and performance cases.
• Coach and support managers across HR activities to build leadership capability.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and learning initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
