We are currently looking for an HR Manager to join our Daventry operation. You’ll work with the senior leadership team to build and drive the HR people plan and GXO HR agenda.

This role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis, the hours of work are Monday to Friday, However, we do require a level of flexibility - this is logistics after all! This role will be mainly an on-site based role.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £50,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Ensure that the site HR team provide a consultancy and advisory service to managers on matters of discipline, grievance and performance improvement, whilst embedding the GXO values and commitments
• The HR Manager will provide HR support and guidance on a range of people related matters, including TUPE and ,Talent Management and Employee Relations.
• Lead team of HR Admin & Advisors
• Facilitate change management activities
• Responsible for delivery of best practice, day to day advice and support, that is compliant with current legal and professional standards
• Ensure HR activities support the drive towards a high performing culture

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience of managing TUPE projects
• Ability to influence Senior Management Teams
• Strong at managing change / restructure activity
• Ability to investigate and solve problems quickly and effectively
• Ideally CIPD Level 5
