Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Limited in Birmingham is seeking an HR Manager to lead a project team and deliver a comprehensive HR service across the organisation. You will build capability within the team to provide high quality customer support and drive engagement.

The role requires strong delivery planning, stakeholder management at senior levels, and the ability to interpret data from Excel to create project plans and present visual reports using Power BI and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Strong skills at putting delivery / project plans in place.
• Articulate, strong stakeholder management skills at senior level.
• Ability to read and interpret data on Excel, create project plans and present visual reports (Power BI/PowerPoint).
• Project management skill set.
• Previous public sector experience is desirable, not essential.

£600 - 650 per day

6 month contract

ARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to be a part of a major project within the UK, Lead a Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive service to the organisation. Build the capability of the team to deliver high quality customer support.

The Role:

• Ensure systems and process are effective and challenge and continuously improve service delivery.

• Coach managers on performance management issues and ensuring delivery of training requirements.
