Job summary

SaaS Recman AB is seeking a proactive HR Logistics Co-ordinator to join our HR team in Aberdeen on a fixed-term maternity cover (approx. 9 months). The role is full-time with a hybrid arrangement: 2 days per week in the office after probation.

You will coordinate onboarding, mobilisations and rotations, manage offshore schedules, and maintain HR records to ensure smooth HR processes. We value strong organisational skills, stakeholder communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR logistics including onboarding, mobilisations, and rotations.
• Manage offshore employee mobilisation schedules in line with operational needs.
• Maintain HR systems and personnel records accurately.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes including documentation and compliance.
• Support performance management and sickness case management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external providers.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR logistics, including onboarding, mobilisations, and rotations
• Manage employee mobilisation schedules offshore in line with operational needs
• Maintain and update HR systems and personnel records accurately
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
• Support performance management and sickness case management
• Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure seamless coordination
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legislation
