Job summary

You will work with the HR Services team, assist with absence management, onboarding activities, and HR communications, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR processes and queries.
• Coordinate with HR Services team in Budapest to raise requests and track progress.
• Support the absence management process with documentation and escalations.
• Coordinate annual trainee recruitment programme communications, interviews and onboarding.
• Create and maintain HR communications for Bosch intranet content.
