Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g. HR, Business Management or Psychology.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR processes and queries.
• Work with HR Services team in Budapest, raising requests and tracking progress for timely resolution.
• Support the management of the absence process and ensure documentation is maintained.
• Coordinate administrative activities for the annual trainee recruitment programme, including communications and onboarding.
• Create and maintain HR communications on the intranet; ensure accuracy and relevance for employees.
• Draft employee correspondence including contracts and HR documents.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate events throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day activities and improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate a customer-focused, professional approach.
