Job summary

Bosch in Denham, UK, is offering an 11-month internship in the HR Learning and Development team, from 16th August 2027 to 31st July 2028. You will support projects, assist employees and training suppliers, and help run the BUILD Programme with a mix of in-person and virtual sessions.

The role requires an undergraduate degree focus in HR, Psychology or Business, strong English skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology or Business.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare training course material packs and support trainers on site and virtually.
• Support the management of the intern programme.
• Assist the training evaluation process.
• Collaborate with the training administration team.
• Create visuals and update the internal website.
• Participate in departmental projects such as Coaching, Mentoring and Health and Wellbeing.
• Take responsibility for selected training portfolios.
