Job summary

BOSCH is seeking an HR Intern in the UK to support Operations, Employee Experience and Administration. Based at the Denham office, you will assist with HR processes, communications, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement as part of an exclusive BUILD learning programme.

The role focuses on employee and manager support, absence management, onboarding activities, and HR documentation, offering exposure to business partners and a real impact on the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, ideally HR focused.
• Be able to demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR processes and queries.
• Coordinate with HR Services team in Budapest for requests and tracking progress.
• Support absence management and ensure proper documentation and escalation when needed.
• Coordinate administrative tasks related to the trainee recruitment programme, including candidate communications, interview scheduling and onboarding.
• Create and maintain HR communications on the intranet and ensure accuracy.
• Draft employee correspondence including contracts and other HR documents.
• Support employee engagement initiatives throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist HR Business Partners with day-to-day activities and continuous improvement projects.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business with a customer-focused mindset.
