Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton near Bristol invites undergraduates to join our HR internship program. You will build key HR dashboards, support internal recruitment and mobility, and help ensure policy compliance across teams.

Working with HR Partners and local managers, you will gain exposure to absence management, performance topics and talent initiatives while aligning with the Airbus HR strategy. Hybrid working and a 25‑day holiday allowance are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business.
• Digital savviness and data fluency; comfortable with data analysis and dashboards.
• Compliance focus with understanding of data privacy and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, initiative, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital and analytical support; create and maintain HR dashboards.
• Collaborate with HR Partners on recruitment, mobility, development, absence and leave, performance and engagement.
• Be the primary HR interface with onsite functions, supporting managers and employees.
• Ensure HR policies are applied and HR processes comply with local law and Airbus HR strategy.
