Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton near Bristol is seeking an HR Internship to support the HR Business Partnership team. The role focuses on digital and analytical work, dashboard creation and partnership with multiple HR functions across UK sites.

Open to undergraduates currently pursuing degrees in HR, Psychology or Business, with emphasis on data analysis, privacy and proactive engagement. Hybrid working options and a 35-hour work week are provided alongside generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Currently studying toward a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business.
• Strong digital literacy and comfort with digital tools like Google Workspace.
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards and tell a data-driven story.
• Solid understanding of privacy and confidentiality in an HR context.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital and analytical support; create and maintain HR dashboards tracking absenteeism, headcount and other metrics.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners across topics such as recruitment, mobility, development and learning.
• Ensure HR policies are applied and processes align with local laws and Airbus HR strategy.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects, reorganisations, succession planning and talent activities.
