Creation Group is seeking an HR Officer to support a comprehensive HR service across the business. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, keep HR data up to date, and advise managers on people processes with discretion.

The role requires strong knowledge of employment law and a proactive, collaborative approach to build a positive employee experience. You will engage with the operations team, develop training plans, support performance reviews, and help ensure compliant HR policies across

Qualifications

• Generalist HR experience across employee lifecycle.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law and ACAS Code.
• Positive, solution-led mindset in a growing business.
• Approachable with excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: ensure an effective HR function across the company.
• Lead on complex employee relations casework.
• Analyse and communicate sensitive information to determine actions.
• Maintain HR data and manage the full employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with managers to create training plans and development programmes.
• Support performance review cycles and frameworks.
• Maintain HR policies, dashboards, budgets and SOWs.
• Keep policies compliant with employment legislation.
• Produce monthly and annual HR reports.
• Liaise with suppliers and support Central Services on projects.
