Qualifications

Generalist HR experience expected.
CIPD Level 5 or currently studying.
Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law.
Approachability and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence peers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

HR Operations across the company to support objectives.
Lead on complex employee relations casework.
Analyse sensitive information to decide actions.
Maintain HR systems and employee data.
Manage onboarding to offboarding lifecycle.
Collaborate to design training plans and development programs.
Support performance review cycles and frameworks.
Provide compliant HR guidance to directors.
