Global Ardour Recycling Limited is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle at our Tipton site. You will advise managers, handle employee relations, and help implement HR policies across the business.

The role emphasizes coaching managers, delivering engaging training sessions, and enhancing leadership capability while maintaining practical HR expertise and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a broad HR generalist role.
• Strong experience in employee relations, including disciplinary and absence management.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
• Experience coaching, advising and supporting managers on people management issues.
• Confidence presenting to groups and communicating clearly to diverse audiences.
• Desire to develop managers' leadership capability and support training delivery.
• Ability to explain HR processes and employment matters clearly to managers at varying levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
• Support all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, capability and conduct matters.
• Advise managers on UK employment legislation, policies, procedures and HR best practice.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews, employee development and retention.
• Assist with organisational change, restructures and other business initiatives.
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement and initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Work with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent approach to people management across the business.
• Deliver training sessions for managers and other employee groups.
