Job summary

Global Ardour Recycling is hiring an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle at the Tipton site. The role blends hands-on HR with training delivery, coaching managers, and ensuring policy alignment.

It involves a hybrid mix of on-site and home-based work with occasional regional travel across company sites in the UK. You’ll work closely with managers and the HR team to drive people initiatives, resolve workplace challenges, and develop leadership capability through

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and practical application.
• Experience coaching and supporting managers on people issues.
• Willingness to travel between company sites in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees across the lifecycle.
• Support employee relations including disciplinary, absence, and performance matters.
• Advise on UK employment legislation and HR policies.
• Design and deliver management training and develop leadership capability.
