Gear4music Ltd. is seeking an organised HR Generalist to join our growing HR team in York. You will manage HR administration, onboarding, and employee changes while handling first‑level queries with professionalism.

The role offers flexibility to support both Holgate HQ and Clifton Moor, with a focus on data accuracy and implementing a new HR system in 2026. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Proven experience in HR administration and casework.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle first-level HR queries and manage HR inbox with timely responses.
• Administer onboarding, changes, contracts, and maintain accurate people data.
• Support onboarding for new starters and coordinate with Facilities and IT.
