Job summary

Totum Partners is seeking an experienced HR Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will act as the main HR contact for several business areas, partnering with managers on day-to-day people matters and contributing to wider HR projects.

The role covers employee relations, performance and absence management, recruitment, payroll, benefits, HR systems and reporting, plus onboarding, probation, family leave and leavers processes. A busy but varied role across operational HR and project work.

Qualifications

• Broad, hands-on HR generalist experience.
• Experience as main HR contact for multiple business areas.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, HR systems and reporting.
