Owen Mumford is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver a high-quality HR service across the business, serving as the first point of contact for employees while supporting HR administration, systems, reporting, and data management.

The role includes contributing to HR technology projects (Workday and Dayforce integration), ensuring accurate workforce data, insightful reporting, and strong data quality standards. This is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with hybrid onsite/remote work options.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a HR Generalist or similar HR role.
• Experience working with HR systems, with exposure to Workday and/or Dayforce highly desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with HR data and reporting.
• Experience producing workforce, headcount, and organisational reports.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Aufgaben

• Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and support to employees while escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and the smooth delivery of HR processes.
• Produce workforce reports, headcount analysis, and HR metrics to support business decision-making.
• Support HR technology initiatives, including Workday and Dayforce integration projects, system testing, data migration, and process improvements.
• Monitor and improve HR data quality through regular audits, reconciliations, and governance activities.
