Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and supporting process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases with policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and inquiries.
• Partner with People Partners, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective escalation and end-to-end service delivery.
• Support leaders on performance management administration, documentation requirements, and HR processes.
• Document case activities and maintain accurate records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization and continuous improvement across HR Service Delivery.
