Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Experience managing complex HR cases within policies.
• Experience using HRIS and case management systems.
• Experience analyzing data and supporting process improvements.

Responsabilités

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide SME on lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits.
• Partner with People Partners, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective escalation and service delivery.
• Support leaders on performance management documentation and processes.
• Document activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization across HR Service Delivery.
