Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking an HR Generalist II for maternity cover, on-site in Cambridge, UK. The role acts as a key link between HR Service Delivery, associates, and leaders, handling complex cases with policy guidance and standard HR processes.

You will collaborate with People Partners, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence to ensure effective case escalation, documentation, and compliant service delivery, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR operations or HR generalist roles.
• Experience handling complex HR cases within policies.
• Experience with HRIS and case management tools.
• Ability to analyze data and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex HR cases and provide subject matter expertise on lifecycle transactions, policy interpretation, time and attendance, benefits, and inquiries.
• Partner with People Partners, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Centers of Excellence for effective escalation and end-to-end service.
• Support leaders on performance management administration and documentation requirements.
• Document case activities and maintain records in HR systems for compliance and reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to standardization across HR Service Delivery.
