Job summary

KPI Recruiting Ltd is seeking a People Associate on a maternity cover basis to support a busy HR team in Crewe and Nantwich. The role involves HR administration, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement to ensure a positive employee experience.

You'll work closely with managers, handle confidential information with discretion, and contribute to HR process improvements while delivering high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, recruitment, or administration.
