Anabas (UK 2) Ltd is hiring an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our HR team in Darlington. You will provide expert HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle and support managers with ER matters, performance, and policy compliance.

The role requires a CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent), at least 3 years in a HR Generalist role, and a willingness to travel with UK overnight stays. Office-based position in Darlington with BS:7858 vetting as needed.

Competenze

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a HR Generalist role.
• Strong ER and Employment Law knowledge with ability to communicate policy.

Mansioni

• Provide professional HR advice to managers across the employee lifecycle.
• Support managers with ER matters including disciplinary, grievances and absence management.
• Monitor sickness absence and provide reports to managers.
• Deliver HR training and coaching to management teams, virtually and in person.
• Assist with performance management and appraisals.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
