SI RECRUITMENT LIMITED is supporting a professional services business in Darlington to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for a full-time, permanent position. You will manage employee relations cases, provide practical guidance, and build strong client relationships across multiple assignments.

The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, solid knowledge of UK employment law, proficiency with HRIS (ideally BreatheHR) and CIPD level 5 or above.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with strong employee relations
• Experience managing disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, redundancies and performance management
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Experience creating, reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience using HRIS systems, ideally BreatheHR

Responsabilités

• Providing HR advice and guidance to clients across employment matters
• Managing disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, redundancies and performance management
• Conducting meetings and investigations and preparing outcomes
• Advising clients on employment legislation
• Creating and reviewing HR policies, procedures, contracts and employee documentation
• Preparing and issuing HR documentation including offer letters and contracts
• Maintaining client records and documentation
• Attending client strategy meetings and providing HR advice
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Proactively arranging client reviews and identifying opportunities to develop relationships
• Managing multiple cases and priorities under tight deadlines
