AMETEK (GB) LTD is a Leicester-based employer seeking an HR professional to provide day-to-day HR support, acting as first point of contact for employee queries, and contributing to the development and maintenance of the HR function.

The role covers record-keeping, full employee lifecycle support, policy guidance, employee relations, payroll assistance, and cross-country projects with an emphasis on confidentiality and data protection.

Qualifications

• HR qualification with 2+ years of generalist experience.
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multi-task.
• Willingness to use AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsabilités

• Maintain HR records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and reporting.
• Provide HR advice to managers and employees on policies.
• Support employee relations, including disciplinaries and grievances.
• Maintain internal cloud-based databases.
• Assist with payroll processing every quarter.
• Collaborate on cross-country HR projects and improvements.
• Promote AI-driven productivity and cost reduction.
