Job summary

Info Technology Supply Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Manager across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, payroll liaison, and compliance. You will handle day-to-day HR admin, maintain accurate records, and contribute to onboarding and exit processes with confidentiality and discretion.

The role offers hybrid working after probation, with core duties focused on a proactive, detail-oriented approach to the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or admin roles is desirable.
• Degree/qualification in HR, Business Admin or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment admin, liaising with agencies.
• Screen CVs and forward shortlisted apps to managers.
• Schedule interviews and communicate vacancies to staff.
• Lead onboarding sessions and training on HR system and procedures.
• Manage offboarding processes and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Provide payroll-ready HR data to Accounting.
• Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
