Job summary

iTS, based in Harrow, UK, is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, payroll liaison, and compliance within a fast-paced international environment. You will own day-to-day HR administration, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to higher-value tasks like onboarding delivery and exit interviews.

The role offers office-based work with potential hybrid arrangements after probation, and a clear path to increased responsibility as you develop HR

Qualifications

Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work with people at all levels within the organisation.
Excellent written and verbal English; other European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, liaising with agencies and internal managers.
Lead HR onboarding processes and training on HR systems and procedures.
Maintain HR data accuracy in the HR system and ensure data protection compliance.
Provide payroll-ready HR data to Accounting and guide employees on expense procedures.
Create employment contracts and other HR documentation, ensure confidentiality and compliance.
