A leading recruitment consultancy seeks a qualified HR Generalist to join their team in Brackley. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and involves diverse HR responsibilities, from employee relations to recruitment and payroll functions. As HR Generalist you will be working as part of a small HR team who assist the Director of HR and the HR team with the day-to-day HR transactional operations.The role is full time and permanent working onsite in their modern Brackley office.Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm and offering a starting salary of up to £32,000.This role will suit an experienced HR professional who is looking for a broad HR role where you can be hands on with HR admin, ER duties, payroll (collating details), recruitment, file management and more.
